Instructions

    1. Kneel with your knees hip-width apart and a dumbbell in each hand.
    2. Bring the dumbbells up to shoulder height with your palms facing your body.
    3. Press the dumbbells overhead, rotating your palms forward as you extend your arms.
    4. Maintain a long, tall posture with your core engaged.
    5. Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height, rotating your palms back towards your body.
