Instructions

    1. Lie on a bench with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
    2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and extend your arms directly above your shoulders.
    3. Lower one arm to the side while keeping the other arm extended.
    4. Maintain a neutral spine and avoid arching your back.
    5. Alternate the movement between arms while maintaining good posture.
