Instructions

    1. Lie on your back on a mat with knees bent and feet flat.
    2. Hold dumbbells with palms facing forward and arms extended.
    3. Lower dumbbells to the sides of your chest, keeping elbows at 90 degrees.
    4. Press dumbbells up, extending arms without locking elbows.
    5. Maintain a stable and neutral spine throughout the exercise.
