Instructions

    1. Lie face down on an incline bench, with one arm hanging straight down holding a dumbbell.
    2. Keep your neck neutral and your back flat.
    3. Initiate the movement by squeezing your shoulder blade and lifting your arm until it's parallel to the ground.
    4. Maintain a slight bend in your elbow throughout the exercise.
    5. Lower the weight back down slowly and repeat on the other arm.
