Instructions

    1. Lie face down on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
    2. Engage your core and keep your spine neutral.
    3. Retract your shoulder blades and pull the dumbbells up towards your chest.
    4. Maintain a straight back and avoid arching or rounding your shoulders.
    5. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
