Instructions

    1. Lie flat on your back on the floor with dumbbells in hand.
    2. Extend your arms straight above your chest, perpendicular to the floor.
    3. Bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells towards your head.
    4. Keep your upper arms stationary and close to your head.
    5. Extend your arms back up to starting position, using your triceps.
