Instructions

    1. Sit on a bench and grasp a dumbbell with an overhand grip.
    2. Rest the forearm on your thigh with the wrist and hand hanging off the knee.
    3. Slowly curl the dumbbell up by flexing your wrist.
    4. Keep your forearm stable and elbow stationary.
    5. Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position with control.
