Instructions

    1. Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the ground.
    2. Hold a dumbbell with one hand, palm facing up.
    3. Place your forearm on your thigh, wrist just beyond the knee.
    4. Slowly curl the wrist upward, contracting your forearm muscles.
    5. Keep your back straight and maintain proper posture throughout.
