Instructions

    1. Sit on a bench with your forearms resting on it.
    2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with an underhand grip.
    3. Rest your wrists just beyond the edge of the bench.
    4. Curl your wrists upward while keeping your forearms stationary.
    5. Lower the dumbbells back down with control.
