Instructions

    1. Set the incline bench to your desired angle.
    2. Hold the dumbbells with a neutral grip, palms facing inward.
    3. Lie back on the bench with your feet flat on the floor.
    4. Contract your core and keep your shoulders back and down.
    5. Press the dumbbells up without locking your elbows, then lower them back down with control.
