Instructions

    1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart and hold dumbbells at your sides.
    2. Slowly lower down into a squat position, keeping your chest up and back straight.
    3. Pause for a few seconds at the bottom of the squat.
    4. Push through your heels to stand back up, maintaining good posture throughout.
    5. Keep your knees in line with your toes and avoid rounding your lower back.
