Instructions

    1. Sit on the preacher bench and adjust it so your upper arms rest comfortably on the pad.
    2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with an underhand grip.
    3. Initiate the movement by flexing your elbows and curling the weights up towards your shoulders.
    4. Keep your upper arms and elbows stationary throughout the exercise.
    5. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position, maintaining control.
