    1. Stand tall with dumbbells in each hand, palms facing your body.
    2. Take a big step backward with one leg.
    3. Lower your body until your front thigh is parallel to the ground.
    4. Keep your back straight, shoulders back, and chest up.
    5. Push through your front heel to return to the starting position.
