    1. Start in a high plank position with hands on dumbbells.
    2. Engage your core, keeping body in a straight line.
    3. Row one arm up, elbow pointing towards the ceiling.
    4. Lower the dumbbell back down and repeat with other arm.
    5. Maintain proper posture throughout, avoiding any twisting or swaying.
