Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
    2. Hold dumbbells with an underhand grip, palms facing towards you.
    3. Keep your back straight and hinge forward at the hips.
    4. Pull the dumbbells towards your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
    5. Lower the dumbbells slowly back to starting position without rounding your back.
