Instructions

    1. Sit on a preacher bench with your chest pressed against the pad.
    2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing down.
    3. Keep your elbows stationary and exhale as you curl the dumbbells.
    4. Maintain a straight back and avoid using momentum.
    5. Inhale as you slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
