Instructions

    1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding dumbbells in front of thighs.
    2. Hinge at hips, pushing hips backward while keeping a slight bend in knees.
    3. Lower dumbbells towards the ground, maintaining a flat back.
    4. Keep shoulders back, chest lifted, and gaze forward.
    5. Engage core and squeeze glutes to raise back up to starting position.
