Instructions

    1. Sit up straight on a bench with back support.
    2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder level.
    3. Press one dumbbell upwards while keeping the other arm stable.
    4. Keep your core engaged and avoid arching your back.
    5. Lower the dumbbell slowly and repeat on the opposite side.
