Instructions

    1. Sit on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
    2. Keep your back straight and your feet flat on the floor.
    3. Start with your arms fully extended, palms facing forward.
    4. Curl the dumbbells up towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows stationary.
    5. Slowly lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position.
