Instructions

    1. Lie on your side on a bench with knees slightly bent.
    2. Hold a dumbbell in your top hand with elbow bent at 90 degrees.
    3. Keep your elbow and upper arm fixed at your side.
    4. Rotate your forearm away from your body while maintaining proper alignment.
    5. Return to starting position and repeat on the other side.
