Instructions

    1. Begin by lying on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor.
    2. Hold a dumbbell in one hand and extend that arm straight up towards the ceiling.
    3. Engage your core and lift your opposite arm and leg off the ground.
    4. Reach towards the dumbbell with your lifted hand while keeping your lower back pressed to the floor.
    5. Lower your arm and leg back down and repeat on the other side.
