Instructions

    1. Stand straight with feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
    2. Balance on one leg and lift the other leg off the ground.
    3. Raise your heel as high as possible, extending your calf muscles.
    4. Maintain an upright posture throughout the exercise.
    5. Slowly lower your heel back to the starting position.
