    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold dumbbells by your sides.
    2. Keep your chest up and shoulders back.
    3. Bend at your knees and hips, lowering into a squat position.
    4. Maintain a neutral spine and keep your knees in line with your toes.
    5. Rise back up to starting position, pushing through your heels.
