Instructions

    1. Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing down.
    2. Keep your back straight and shoulders rolled back.
    3. Curl the dumbbells upward, towards your shoulders.
    4. Keep your elbows locked at your sides.
    5. Slowly lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position.
