Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in one hand.
    2. Keep your spine straight, shoulders down, and core engaged.
    3. With a slight bend in your elbow, lift the dumbbell diagonally across your body, leading with your elbow.
    4. Pause at the top for a brief moment.
    5. Slowly lower the dumbbell back to starting position and repeat with the other arm.
