Body Part


    1. Stand upright with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing your thighs.
    2. Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
    3. Slowly raise the dumbbells in front of you, keeping your arms straight.
    4. Bring the dumbbells to shoulder level, but do not go higher.
    5. Lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position with controlled movement.
