Instructions

    1. Stand with one foot forward and one foot back, holding dumbbells by your sides.
    2. Keep your chest up and back straight.
    3. Bend your knees and lower your back knee towards the ground.
    4. Ensure both knees are at a 90-degree angle.
    5. Push through the front heel and return to the starting position.
