Instructions

    1. Sit up straight with your feet flat on the ground.
    2. Bend your elbows and bring your palms together in front of your chest.
    3. Open your elbows out to the sides, keeping them at shoulder height.
    4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together.
    5. Press your palms together, engaging your chest muscles.
