Instructions

    1. Begin in a plank position, resting on your forearms with your elbows directly beneath your shoulders.
    2. Maintain a straight line from head to feet, engaging your core and glutes.
    3. Lower your chest towards the ground, keeping your elbows close to your body.
    4. Push back up to the starting position, keeping your body aligned.
    5. Exhale as you push up, inhale as you lower down.
