Instructions

    1. Start by lying on your back with your feet on top of an exercise ball.
    2. Lift your hips off the floor, creating a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.
    3. Bend your knees, rolling the ball towards your glutes.
    4. Keep your hips lifted and core engaged throughout the exercise.
    5. Extend your legs back out, returning to the starting position.
