Instructions

    1. Stand with your back against a wall and place an exercise ball between your lower back and the wall.
    2. Position your feet shoulder-width apart.
    3. Slowly lower your body into a squat position, keeping your back against the ball and your knees aligned with your toes.
    4. Pause briefly at the bottom, then push through your heels to return to the starting position.
    5. Maintain upright posture throughout the exercise.
