Instructions

    1. Kneel on a mat with an EZ bar in front of you.
    2. Hold the EZ bar with an overhand grip, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
    3. Roll the bar forward as you maintain a straight line from head to knees.
    4. Engage your core and avoid arching your back.
    5. Roll the bar back to the starting position, keeping control and maintaining proper posture.
