Instructions

    1. Start by sitting on the edge of a bench with your legs extended and holding an EZ-bar behind your head.
    2. Lean back slightly while keeping your back straight and core engaged.
    3. Pull your legs in towards your chest while simultaneously pulling the EZ-bar towards your thighs.
    4. Stop when your thighs and chest touch, and your knees are bent.
    5. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining proper posture throughout the movement.
