    1. Lie flat on a bench with your head hanging off the edge.
    2. Hold an EZ-bar with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
    3. Bend your arms and lower the bar over your head.
    4. Maintain a slight bend in your elbows throughout.
    5. Keep your core engaged and your back flat against the bench.
