Instructions

    1. Sit on a bench with your feet firmly planted on the ground.
    2. Hold an EZ bar with an underhand grip, palms facing upward.
    3. Rest your forearms on your thighs, allowing your wrists to hang off.
    4. Curl the bar upward by flexing your wrists.
    5. Keep your forearms stationary throughout the exercise.
