Instructions

    1. Lie down on a bench with your feet flat on the ground.
    2. Grip the EZ barbell with an overhand grip slightly wider than shoulder-width.
    3. Lower the barbell slowly to your chest while keeping your elbows tucked.
    4. Push the barbell back up to the starting position, engaging your chest and triceps.
    5. Maintain a neutral spine and stable posture throughout the exercise.
