Instructions

    1. Sit on a preacher curl bench with your feet flat on the floor.
    2. Rest your upper arms on the angled pad with your chest pressed against it.
    3. Hold the EZ bar with palms facing up, gripping it shoulder-width apart.
    4. Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the exercise.
    5. Curl the barbell up towards your shoulders and squeeze your biceps at the top.
