Instructions

    1. Sit on the preacher curl bench with a reverse grip on the EZ barbell.
    2. Rest your arms on the preacher bench, keeping your back straight.
    3. Curl the barbell towards your shoulders, squeezing your biceps.
    4. Keep your elbows stationary and maintain proper posture throughout.
    5. Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position.
