Instructions

    1. Stand upright with an EZ Barbell in both hands, palms facing down.
    2. Position your feet shoulder-width apart.
    3. Bend slightly at the waist, keeping your back straight.
    4. Curl your wrists upwards, bringing the bar towards your body.
    5. Lower the barbell back down slowly and repeat.
