Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold a kettlebell or dumbbell close to your chest with both hands.
    3. Engage your core and sit back into a squat position.
    4. Keep your chest up, back straight, and knees in line with your toes.
    5. Push through your heels to return to a standing position.
