Instructions

    1. Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip.
    2. Engage your shoulders and keep them down.
    3. Bring your knees up towards your chest, tucking them in.
    4. Maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
    5. Lower your legs back down, returning to the starting position.
