Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Bring your right knee up towards your chest.
    3. As you lower your right knee, twist your upper body to the right, bringing your left elbow towards your right knee.
    4. Repeat on the opposite side, bringing your left knee up and twisting your upper body to the left.
    5. Alternate knees and twists in a fluid motion.
