Instructions

    1. Stand tall with a straight back and shoulders back.
    2. Bring your right knee up towards your chest.
    3. While keeping an upright posture, hop off your left foot and switch to your right foot.
    4. Repeat the movement, alternating between legs.
    5. Keep your core engaged and maintain a controlled and balanced skip.
