Instructions

    1. Start by kneeling on all fours, with your hands below your shoulders and your knees below your hips.
    2. Keeping your back straight, extend one leg straight back, lifting it towards the ceiling.
    3. Squeeze your glutes and engage your core as you lift your leg.
    4. Maintain a neutral spine and avoid overarching or sinking your lower back.
    5. Lower your leg back down and repeat with the opposite leg.
