Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Place a hula hoop around your thighs, just above the knees.
    3. Bend your knees slightly and engage your core.
    4. Squat slightly and shift your hips from side to side, moving the hoop.
    5. Maintain an upright posture and tight core throughout the exercise.
