Instructions

    1. Start by kneeling on all fours with your hands directly below your shoulders.
    2. Extend one leg straight back behind you, keeping it in line with your body.
    3. Engage your core and maintain a neutral spine.
    4. Gently lean your hips forward to increase the stretch in your hip flexors.
    5. Hold for a few seconds and switch sides.
