Instructions

    1. Start in a plank position with your arms extended and hands directly beneath your shoulders.
    2. Engage your core and maintain a straight line from head to heels.
    3. Swivel your hips to one side, lowering one arm and rotating your torso.
    4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
    5. Keep your movements controlled and maintain proper alignment throughout.
