Instructions

    1. Place your hands on an elevated surface, higher than the ground.
    2. Align your hands with your shoulders, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
    3. Extend your legs back, creating a straight line from head to heels.
    4. Lower your chest towards the elevated surface, maintaining a neutral spine.
    5. Push back up, keeping your body aligned and engaging your core.
