Instructions

    1. Lie on your back with arms extended out to the sides.
    2. Keep your legs straight and lift them up towards the ceiling.
    3. Slowly lower your legs to one side, without touching the ground.
    4. Return your legs to the starting position, then repeat on the other side.
    5. Keep your core engaged and maintain proper posture throughout the exercise.
