Instructions

    1. Start by lying flat on your back with arms by your sides.
    2. Simultaneously lift your legs off the floor and bring your upper body off the floor, reaching towards your toes.
    3. Maintain a straight and extended posture throughout the movement.
    4. Keep your abs engaged and avoid using momentum to swing your body.
    5. Slowly lower your body back to the starting position.
